Hi, I am Charlotte, and I’m a passionate kinesiologist and mindfulness practitioner. I am here to assist people who are struggling with stress, health issues, exhaustion, lack of confidence, poor body image or just feeling stuck in life.
In this fast paced, comparison driven world, anxiety, stress and health concerns are at an all-time high.

INITIAL SESSION
90 minute individually tailored service. I start with going through your intake form, talk about your goals, concerns and what you want to work on. Then, you lie on the table and I use muscle testing to start to explore your primary concern and restore inner balance. In this first session you will gain an insight to how effective Kinesiology is in promoting overall health and realisation of your goals. Depending on your situation I then draw up a treatment plan at the end of your first session.
FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS
Follow up sessions can be 60 minutes or 90 minutes of Kinesiology balancing individually tailored to help you breakthrough and achieve your goals as outlined in the initial session.
You might be recommended to have 3-6 follow up sessions with the initial complaint. Many people find Kinesiology very beneficial in optimising their well-being and performance and may see the Kinesiologist monthly, ongoing. Others return when they encounter new challenges or set new goals.
ENERGY/CHAKRA BALANCE
Experience relaxation and rejuvenation with our Chakra/Energy Balance session. This 60 minute process promotes rest and relaxation just like a massage does; so if you are needing a pick-me-up or are having a stressful week, then come and experience this effective but gentle technique which requires nothing of you. Through a
combination of gentle energy work, acupressure, and targeted massage, we help you release blockages and restore balance, leaving you feeling perfectly aligned and deeply rested.
LIFE COACHING
(ONLINE)
From the comfort of your home/office you can be supported to clarify and achieve your goals personally and professionally. utilising skills from positive psychology, mindfulness, breathwork, yoga, and wellbeing resources, i work with you to develop your confidence, focus, and discipline to achieve meaningful plans and results.


MY APPROACH TO KINESIOLOGY AND RELATED THERAPIES
I use an integrated approach using Kinesiology and Holistic Healing techniques which trigger a powerful mind-body-heart connection which results in true healing- Self healing. This approach is very beneficial in helping people to deal successfully with many issues including the promotion of positive Body Image and self esteem.

By combining muscle monitoring and traditional Chinese medicine principles, we can explore how emotional and mental states influence physical health. This understanding enables you to implement strategies that support mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical vitality, creating a harmonious state of well-being.

Holistic Healing
Holistic health is an approach that simultaneously addresses the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of health. Integrating Kinesiology with additional techniques such as guided imagery, mindfulness practices, energy work, chakra balancing, counselling techniques and nutrition foster a deeper connection between your body, mind and heart which leads to long term healing and self-empowerment.

Emphasizing the value of inner qualities like kindness, intelligence, and creativity over appearance fosters confidence. This along with developing positive eating habits is crucial for growth, health, and self-esteem. It is important to promote a healthy relationship with food early on, emphasizing the importance of listening to your body and eating in response to hunger rather than emotions. By cultivating these habits early, young girls and boys are more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle as they grow, reducing the risk of eating disorders
